From depression and anxiety to trauma-related conditions and psychosis, our team helps clients navigate complex mental health challenges with dignity and clinical precision. While our facility is located in San Anselmo, we proudly serve the Marina District and beyond. With multiple levels of care, including Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), inpatient services, and long-term wellness planning, we create personalized treatment paths that support lasting emotional clarity and personal growth.
Mental Health Treatment Programs
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Our IOP in the Marina District offers a flexible mental health care option for those balancing work, school, or personal responsibilities. Designed with structure and adaptability in mind, the program includes individual sessions, group therapy, and specialized modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and EMDR. The focus is on building emotional resilience, improving coping skills, and restoring a sense of purpose in daily life.
Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
For individuals facing more intense symptoms, our PHP provides comprehensive daytime treatment while allowing clients to return home in the evenings. This program includes medication oversight, psychiatric evaluations, trauma-informed care, and group sessions, all within a supportive and therapeutic environment. PHP acts as a stabilizing bridge between inpatient care and a return to independent living.
Inpatient Mental Health Services
In times of acute distress or crisis, our inpatient services offer around-the-clock support in a safe and structured setting. Especially effective for those coping with schizophrenia, severe depression, bipolar disorder, or unresolved trauma, this level of care emphasizes crisis stabilization, continuous monitoring, and a variety of therapeutic methods tailored to each client’s needs. The goal is to help individuals stabilize and prepare for successful transitions into lower levels of care.
Ongoing Wellness and Recovery Support
Mental health recovery is a continual process. That’s why our wellness programs are designed to provide long-term support after higher levels of care. From outpatient therapy to community reintegration services and life coaching, we provide our clients with the tools and guidance they need to thrive emotionally, socially, and personally.

Location and Directions
The Marina District is one of San Francisco’s most picturesque and historically rich neighborhoods. Located along the city’s northern waterfront, the area offers iconic views of the Golden Gate Bridge, Alcatraz, and the Palace of Fine Arts. It’s known for its elegant architecture, open-air parks, and relaxed coastal energy, making it an ideal environment for personal healing and reflection.
Originally marshland, the area was transformed in the early 20th century to host the 1915 Panama-Pacific International Exposition. Since then, it has evolved into a highly sought-after residential and recreational area. Its proximity to the Presidio, Fort Mason, and Crissy Field brings an abundance of green space, trails, and ocean breeze to everyday life.
Chestnut Street is the neighborhood’s bustling core, lined with boutique shops, health-conscious cafés, and community wellness studios. Nearby, the Marina Green offers sweeping views of the Bay and plenty of room for jogging, yoga, or a moment of calm. The area is also home to architectural gems and historic structures like the Exploratorium’s original home and parts of the old exposition grounds.
The Marina District borders several dynamic neighborhoods. To the west, you’ll find the affluent and verdant Presidio Heights and Sea Cliff neighborhoods. To the south, Cow Hollow connects with Pacific Heights, known for its stately mansions and cultural landmarks. The Financial District and Union Square are a short ride away, while nearby North Beach adds a splash of classic San Francisco flair with its Italian cafés, beat poetry heritage, and rich cultural scene.
Transit in and around the Marina is convenient and accessible. Muni bus lines connect the neighborhood to the rest of the city, while nearby Van Ness Avenue provides access to tech shuttles and rideshare hubs. Cyclists and pedestrians alike benefit from wide walking paths and scenic bike trails connecting to the Embarcadero and Golden Gate Promenade.
